With one week until Election Day, Obama has a lead of 280 projected Electoral Votes to Romney's 235
For those who remember the 2000 travesty of an election, there is a slight (less than 10%) chance Romney could win the popular vote but Obama would still take the Electoral College. Pretty much the opposite of Bush v. Gore. Even though this would spark all sorts of outrage and attention, Obama would still be declared president of these United States.
